I work with adult individuals and couples using a holistic lens in my work, including mind, body and spirit. My areas of expertise include trauma-informed treatment for a wide variety of challenges, including overcoming anxiety, depression, PTSD, childhood abuse, sexual assault and rape, domestic violence, verbal and emotional abuse, grief and loss, fears and phobias, and other life transitions and stressors. Using my transpersonal training I focus on helping my clients find deeper meaning and value in their life through a connection to their spiritual Self. My work with couples aims to create effective communication and conflict resolution skills and to achieve a mutually supportive and empowering relationship.
