If you use health insurance to cover your sessions, I will accept your copayment at the time of visit and submit the necessary billing paperwork to your insurance for reimbursement.  Prior to your first visit I ask that you check with your insurance about behavioral health coverage, copays and deductibles that may apply.  On your first visit, bring your insurance identification card. 

 

If I am not an in-network provider with your insurance, payment in full is due a the time of service.  I will provide you with an invoice so you may submit it directly for reimbursement according to your plan.
